I’ve always encouraged clients to let me know if there’s anything they would like adjusted during the appointment, as I’m more than happy to make changes before the set is completed. Regarding the charms, I’m truly sorry that they caused discomfort. I did secure them with builder gel, but I understand that in this case it wasn’t sufficient, and I will be reinforcing this more carefully going forward to ensure better durability and comfort.
