firstly the service was amazing. not only was she really patient when my friend and i were late, but she was so considerate too. she made sure the room wasn’t too cold, she offered us drinks and allowed us to wait with her until our grab came as it was quite late. secondly, the results was exactly how i wanted it to be. Because of the consultation at the start, we managed to get a clear understanding of what i wanted hence exceeding my expectations. i’d definitely come back again !
