$121 and disappointed with the experience... I really wanted to like the place as the nail artist is really nice and friendly but the more i look at my nails the more disappointed i feel. Firstly, i was made to wait for 50mins because the previous client overran and no compensation was made. I would have overlooked this if my experience was truly satisfactory but sadly it was not. The overlay was done very well and i was impressed till then but was really disappointed with how uneven the ombre turned out to be. The first pic is the inspo pic so the green is supposed to blend seamlessly with the pink part but it turned out to be unevenly distributed and for one of the pinky nails there wasn’t even any ombre and the colour didn’t match the rest of the nails. For the beads as well, the wrapping part didn’t blend in with the top coat and has a yellowish tinge which caused it to stick out against the rest of the nail making it look very unfinished. I’m not sure if it’s because the nail artist was tired but $121 (68 nail art for first timer, 20 hard gel, 15 removal, 18 cny surcharge) with this quality just made me feel very disappointed as the nail prep and initial base colour was done really well. Update (last 2 pics): After the review, the nailist offered to redo the ombré on the pinky, and go over the fingers with the 3balls with topcoat to smoothen things out which did help in making it look better to a certain extent. But at the price i paid, i do expect better customer service and quality. I really appreciate the effort to make up for the bad experience and I hope the nailist can use this experience to improve her services, thank you.
