hey, thank you for your review and sorry about your experience with us at freshpressed. initially you wanted to get both your nails and lashes done, you told us you had to rush off at 12pm when we opened at 11am, so we had to do come down at 9am for you. we did your nails first, after so, we did your lashes. while doing your lashes and your eyes were twitching which caused the right side eye pad to move, which exposed your lower lashes. even during the appointment you keep dozing off which cause your head to tilt many times which hindered our process but we didn’t mention anything, we also tried our best to avoid the lower lashes however some like 1/2 strands were stuck and i separated it w 0 pain and it’s normal as your lower lash was v sparse and short. you checked everything and all was okay and there was no burn and poking pain. after that night, during midnight you decided to do a review. when we asked you what happened because you left us a review without reaching out, you explain it hurts your eye. when we said we can redo you said no, but when we explain it is FOC, you were interested. you said you will do a removal elsewhere and come back for a free redo. after which you changed your name, changed your review , and also blocked us which i am unable to show the proof of our convo. ———— after your second reply : thank you for your feedback :)
