Very sweet nail tech who is meticulous in her work!But when I got back, it hurts when I wash my hands with water as the cuticles are too raw. The lace wasn’t also what I expected but that’s fine, because not all salons would have the same lace designs expected.

Hi ! Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your feedback! I am truly sorry that your cuticles felt raw and painful when you washed your hands. Because I use an e-file machine to clean the cuticles, I might have been a bit too thorough and gone over them too closely this time. I have taken note of this and will definitely adjust my technique to be much gentler in the future. I also really appreciate your understanding regarding the lace design. I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more comfortable and perfect experience next time!
