Quality - this is the place to go if u want it to last 1 week. More than half drops within 1 week. I see the lashes everywhere on the floor on my face on the table everywhere Environment - Abit messy and dirty. Luckily i wasnt, but if ure allergic to pets, u wont know this place has until the door opens Service - Took 3 hrs which wouldve been fine if i was informed beforehand. Usually it doesnt take more than an hour and a half. Wouldve been a courtesy to inform if it was going to take so long cuz i ended up being late for a meeting. Its fine to be new and inexperienced — but tell people. Service recovery - offered a touch up but i simply do not have 3 hours to spend. As another small business owner, i would have offered a full refund for the unsatisfactory service.
