Had my first facial a few days ago and I’m already looking forward to my next one! The facial was really gentle and she tailored the treatment according to my skin condition that day. She also took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended a daily skincare routine and products that suited my skin. One thing I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure to sign up for packages or credits, unlike some other facial places I’ve been to. She actually asked if I wanted to know more before introducing the packages, which made me feel really comfortable. I have super sensitive skin and usually experience some slight stinging from products during facials, so I was quite surprised that I didn’t feel any stinging or discomfort throughout the whole treatment! There was also very minimal downtime. It’s been a few days now and I feel like my skin looks less congested and the redness has improved too. Overall, really happy with my first experience and definitely looking forward to going back! Highly recommend!
