The 1-hour booking interval includes a buffer for late arrivals and appointments that may require additional time, so it does not mean every lash lift takes an hour. We do wish your concerns had been raised when we checked with you how your lashes were, as we would have been more than happy to assess them and make adjustments where possible. We always prioritise making sure our clients are comfortable and happy with their results, and we genuinely value feedback that helps us improve our service.
