Very friendly lady with a calm demeanor, informed her I was terrified of pain due to bad manicures in the past - she was SO patient and gentle. Made sure I was comfortable and put on movies to watch too. I have had other salons clip my skin, cut my nails too deep - but not here. Quickie Nails is fantastic and I am definitely going back!
