i booked emerie after seeing the positive reviews for her lash lifts, but unfortunately my outcome was disappointing. the result was lacklustre and less than a day after the appt, i discovered my lashes were damaged, and the lift was uneven across both eyes :( i believe lash techs should take accountability when a service does not achieve the expected results. this was my second lash lift and i was unsure of whether my results were normal, hence i did not raise any concerns on the spot and waited a day, only to see that my lashes were already damaged. even IF I DID NOT follow proper aftercare, the minimum i would expect is that the lashes would have dropped slightly, but DEF NOT be brittle and over curled like this. bc i was unsatisfied, i requested a refund from her. however, i was not made aware of any refund policy before the service. the full t&cs were only sent to me after i raised my concerns, which i find unprofessional. emerie later told me that she updated her full t&c on sody based on my feedback. while i appreciate that changes were made, this information was not available to me before my appt, so i was unable to make an informed decision during the service.
