She was very nice and friendly throughout the session, which made the experience comfortable. However, it would have been helpful if she had informed me earlier that she did not have the colours and charms needed to recreate my inspiration picture. I also felt that my nails were over-filed and the side walls were removed more than expected. After about three days, I started noticing some bubbles on the nails as well. That said, she seems to have good skills and potential, and I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience in the future.
