I had a HORRIBLE experience here. My lashes turned out extremely uneven as you can see in the pictures attached. The lashes on my right eyes were literally covering my vision after the session. The lashes felt super heavy as well due to the massive amount of glue used. The lash tech also HAD GLUE ALL OVER MY HAIR, SKIN AND EYEBROWS. It was very painful to remove and she had to cut some of my hair off as the glue was stuck onto my hair. Been weeks and there is still some glue left on my hair. They initially agreed to refund me but took their words back and proceeded to block me. I literally left the studio crying because of how bad the experience was....
For the bottom lash situation, i didn’t DEMAND for it. I asked her nicely if it was included since it was included in the inspo picture I’ve showed her. She then responded that she could do it. For this part, I felt like it was a language barrier as she couldn’t really understand me.
There was another client waiting to get her nails done, she saw the whole situation and told me to visit another studio next time because she saw how terrible the experience was for me. She also tried telling them to remove the lashes for me.
(They then claim that i tried to walk away without paying but, the fact was that i was crying and overwhelmed with how theres glue stuck on my hair and how painful it was, my boyfriend was waiting for me outside and at that point i just wanted to leave ASAP because i was so embarrassed . Also,
throughout the whole session they did not remind me to pay at all.)
them trying to fault me by saying I purposely didn’t pay to cover their own mistakes is honestly ridiculous.
TBH yall can see for yourself that the lashes were badly done, that’s something they can’t make up excuses for. Until this day they are still ignoring my text, despite being able to reply to this review to defend their mistakes. I hope none of yall have to go through the same experience as I did.

The Service: You booked a heavily discounted $38 model session. Despite claiming the experience was 'horrible,' you stayed for over 3 hours and explicitly requested extra services (lower lash extensions). You confirmed you were satisfied during the process, and another client present also verified your lashes were completely fine.
The 'Glue/Hair' Exaggeration: Claiming glue was 'all over your hair, skin, and eyebrows' is a complete fabrication. A microscopic speck of adhesive touched some fine peach fuzz on your forehead. To ensure you felt absolutely zero discomfort, our technician carefully trimmed that tiny fuzz.
The Payment Evasion: You conveniently omitted the fact that after receiving hours of custom work, you intentionally walked out of our studio without paying. Our management had to chase you down outside to collect the payment.
The Refund: A refund was initially discussed as a goodwill gesture. However, it was withdrawn once your bad faith became clear—specifically your attempt to leave without paying and your intent to use a minor, resolved technicality to extort a free service.
We run a professional studio that values honest clients. We do not tolerate fraudulent behavior, payment evasion, or blackmail.

The Massive Contradiction: She claims she was 'crying, in pain, and wanted to leave ASAP'. Yet, after I finished her upper lashes, she explicitly demanded that I stay and complete her lower lashes as well. No one who is genuinely in pain or desperate to leave demands extra services and stays for over 3 hours.
WARNING TO OTHER SALONS AND FOREIGN LASH TECHS: Please beware of this individual. She targets discounted sessions, demands extra work, secretly films you to manipulate the situation, and uses fake distress to walk out without paying. We will not be bullied or extorted."
