she was really skilled and meticulous while prepping the nails, which i really appreciated. this is the first time a nail tech checked if my skin condition was ok before the appt, plus her lamp was high-tech and only shone light on the nails, so it shows she really cared for her clients and ensured their skin won’t be affected during the appt! she was very skilled in her design and also let me choose my charms/stickers :) the environment was very comfortable and she played youtube in the bg too, also offered to charge my phone! she is very friendly and it was a pleasant experience overall :)
