Was quiet with music in the background, and she had a gentle tone. However, the nails could have been applied more neatly — gel got on my skin and dried. The shapes were a little off, and the artwork could be more precise. A little improvement on attentiveness to her clients would be good as i got alcohol splashed on me & my phone. Filing was rough and hurt sometimes along with an open wound on my index finger. Regardless, she's diligent and focused. Definitely would improve with practice! 🫶🏼
