service was just bad. The nail tech barely acknowledged me the whole time and felt totally checked out. unlike other nail techs I’ve been to, she never once asked if the base color was okay or if I wanted to tweak anything. She just kept going without checking in at all. the nails turned out way too nude for my liking, and I didn’t even get the chance to say anything because she never paused to ask. It really felt like she just wanted to get the job done and have me out as fast as possible.
