Super unprofessional , almost all my false lashes fall out 3 days after appointment had to rebook to touch up but after the touch up the false lashes continue to fall out, after 4 days majority of the lashes are gone . So disappointing, it wasted 4 h of my time and the lashes wouldn’t even stay for a week . Lash tech say my eyes were sensitive and all but I don’t find it as a problem as many people who have sensitive eyes issue don’t have false lash falling out 3 days after their lash appointment. Initially asked for a refund as I don’t want to waste my time doing touch up as I know the same issue will happen but she refused to refund me ,and truth to be told after my touch up appointment the false lashes were almost all gone 3-4 days after. Is a complete waste of time and money , unless u wish to return for a 2h session touch up every 3 days you can try, if not don’t waste your time booking from this lash tech say. It really upsets me as the lashes didn’t even stay for a week and I had to already go for a touch up and even after that the lashes didn’t stayed on for a week ,yet when I ask for a refund she refused to give the refund when the problem is not on my end . Super frustrating and waste of time and money.
