Em is friendly and sweet. She’s so gentle and meticulous when doing my manicure, which made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. Her studio is set within a crystal space, and you can really feel the calming, good vibes the moment you walk in. Definitely a lovely and positive experience ✨
