Studio's clean and cosy. And her customer service? Top notch. I mixed up my appointment time and missed my slot, but she didn't forfeit my deposit and squeezed me in on a weekend (her off day!) with just a small surcharge. So kind and understanding. You also leave with a skincare kit and honest advice on what to keep, change or drop from your routine. Genuinely such a lovely, professional experience. Already topped up credit for my next visit.
