Had a great experience! She was super friendly and we had such a nice chat throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how attentive she was — she paid so much attention to detail and always checked in to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. Before the appointment, I asked if she could do a specific design and she was honest about what she could and couldn’t do, which I really respect.
