She was very friendly, attentive, and kept asking if i was satisfied with the work throughout the appointment! she was accommodating to my requests too and i felt very comfortable with the standard of service :) also made it a fun environment by chatting with me! design-wise, she was able to replicate the designs very closely and communicated if she wasn't able to do a design + offered alternatives. see photos below for inspo vs final result 😋 nail prep was relatively painless too! i could always communicate any discomfort and she would accommodate me, but she was careful overall and even cuticle work was gentle, she noticed i had sensitive cuticles and adapted to it. overall a satisfying and fun experience, love the nails 😈
