my nail experience today was enjoyable! i felt that the environment and the nail tech especially made me feel at ease and comfortable. the nail tech always checks in on my comfortability and ensures that there's no pain caused etc even when we are having a good conversation going on which really made me feel reassured and know that my nail tech is a genuine sweet person who cares deeply about her customers. i also learnt so much more about nails and the importance of maintaining them because i felt comfortable asking my nail tech random nail questions which i couldn't really ask whenever i did my nails elsewhere... i would say my nails turned out to be quite pretty with the colour combination (which i had the freedom to choose) and cateye style! i'm pleased with my nails outcome 😊 10/10 recommend!
