Service provider could not attend the appt on the scheduled time and did not even inform when i am already waiting outside the unit. She did not respond to my msg until i called her. She requested me to reschedule the appt instead of agreeing to a refund. I told her i don’t have anymore confident in coming back to her and after much to and fro, she then agreed to the refund of $20. This is my first time booking thru Sody and had such a bad experience.

As otp convo via whatsapp, I told you sorry and I was otw and was 10mins late, you then insulted our services and us. We did immediately refunded you (without you asking), even when you threatened to report us. Apologise over and over again as I did mentioned I had a family emergency and was held back for this last min booking. After 8hrs, you reviewed us here. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused :-)
