Not very satisfied with my experience. Right after the lash lift, I looked crazy for 1-2 weeks cuz my lashes were literally sticking straight up to the sky and it was almost looking plastered to my upper eye lids. Luckily after some time; they started to relax abit. But I don’t think it should be SO curled like that based on my past experiences. My lashes are also messy. The first pic shows a lash that I had to literally pluck off my right eye because it was curved like a literal hook. Was protruding like crazy when I put mascara on it and I had to pluck it out (there were at least 2-3 of these kinds). If you look closely, my upper lashes are messy as well, even after combing it through. My inner lashes on my right eye is slanted to the right and no matter how I comb, it doesn’t go in the correct direction. I’m also not sure why, after the UPPER lash lift, my bottom lashes became crooked like that. Literally right after the session, it looked like that and it’s been 1-2 weeks and it’s still like that. Not sure if the bottom lashes were not taped away properly or what. It’s not my first time getting a lash lift but my first time having an unsatisfactory result. I was even contemplating getting those lash lift reversal to relax the lift. But I’m giving it 3 stars because I guess at least it’s not crazily over processed and fried. Looks okay if you don’t look at it closely. I wouldn’t say to stay away from this business, because I see some people had good experiences. Just sharing my experience here as I was looking for reviews before I came here but didn’t see many. Again, I wouldn’t say to avoid this place. Just manage expectations and maybe not do it right before an important event if you’re coming here for the first time.
