she was very patient and amended everything that i requested for! took feedback well and constantly checked if i was okay with the shape/ length/ design/ charms/ colours. she also provided her ipad to watch netflix! very friendly nail tech and will be coming again :) i chose tier 3 and it took about 3.5 hours
