super lovely and chill nail tech!! Noelle is super skilful and professional that she’ll keep checking i was okay with the designs, charms, colour and even the placement of the gems. Plus she really pays a lot of attention to details and is willing to change the designs according to your preferences . really fun yap session, and i can’t wait for my tomato set!! :D (also her dog and cats are so cute)
