Sody vouchers are credits that reduce the overall price of an eligible booking, not the deposit amount. There are two main types of vouchers on Sody: Sody vouchers, which are issued by Sody (for example, from campaigns, promotions, or dispute resolutions), and salon vouchers, which are issued by individual salons (for example, as part of their own offers or loyalty rewards). Vouchers are not cash and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. Each voucher shows its value, expiry date, and any conditions such as minimum spend or service eligibility.
Important: Vouchers (both Sody and salon vouchers) are separate from deposits and refunds. They cannot be used to recover money already paid to a salon, and cannot be cashed out. Vouchers also do not replace refund obligations-if a salon agrees to a refund during a dispute, the refund will still be sent directly from the salon to you via PayNow or bank transfer.
How to Find & Use Your Vouchers
Go to Account → Vouchers to view your available, used, and expired vouchers.
Tap on any voucher to see its value, expiry date, minimum spend, usage terms, and whether it is a Sody voucher or a salon voucher.
When booking a service, proceed to checkout as usual.
If the booking is eligible, the Apply Voucher option will appear automatically during the payment step.
Select the voucher you want to use. Vouchers cannot be stacked, so you'll only be able to apply one voucher per booking.
Complete your payment. The discount will be reflected in your overall price, and your deposit amount will still need to be paid in full where required.
Sody vouchers are applied as a discount to the total booking price. Vouchers cannot be stacked-you can only apply one voucher per eligible booking, whether it is a Sody voucher or a salon voucher. Your deposit still needs to be paid as usual where required.
Tip: Check your voucher's expiry date regularly! Vouchers are only valid until the date shown, and expired vouchers cannot be reinstated. If you receive a voucher from a dispute resolution, it's best to use it on your next planned booking to avoid missing out.
