To ensure fair usage and help you discover new salons, there are a few simple rules for using your vouchers:
Voucher Rules
Participating Salons Only: Vouchers are valid only at home-based salons participating in the Explorer Voucher program.
Selected Services Only: Vouchers apply only to services marked as eligible in the salon’s menu. If a service isn’t eligible, the voucher won’t apply at checkout.
First Time Visits Only: Vouchers are strictly for salons you have not visited before. If you have booked a salon before (even outside of Sody), the salon may reject your booking.
One Voucher Per Salon: You must use your second voucher at a different salon than the first one.
What if my booking is rejected?
If a salon rejects your booking (e.g., because you are an existing client), your voucher is automatically returned to your wallet so you can try a different place.
