A Custom Domain lets you use your own website domain (for example, `yourbrand.com`) for your Sody Link in Bio link instead of the default `username.sody.app`. This is typically offered as a paid add-on and billed separately from PLUS+.
What you can do on the Domains screen
See your free domain: `username.sody.app`.
Add a new custom domain (currently .com only).
Switch which domain is active (your free domain or one of your custom domains).
View billing and transaction history for your custom domain subscription.
How to add a custom domain
Go to Link in Bio → Domains.
Enter your preferred domain name and choose an available suggestion (e.g., `yourbrand.com`).
Select a saved card (or add a new card) and tap Confirm & Pay.
After purchase, your domain will appear under My Domains.
Activation time: It may take up to 16 hours for a newly purchased domain to be activated.
Switch to your custom domain (or back to the free domain)
Go to Link in Bio → Domains.
Under My Domains, tap Manage on the domain you want to use.
Choose Switch to this domain to make it active.
To switch back, select your free `username.sody.app` domain and switch to it.
Billing, renewals, and cancellation
Go to the Billing tab inside Domains to view your plan and Transaction History.
Custom domains are billed on a recurring cycle (commonly yearly) and auto-renew using your default saved card.
To stop auto-renewal for a domain, tap Manage → Cancel subscription (you’ll keep access until the end of your current period).
If a renewal fails, you may see a Renewal Failed notice and can tap Pay now to retry with a payment method.
Important: Domain subscriptions are billed separately per domain. If you have multiple custom domains, your total billed amount may be higher.
