Keeping your bank details accurate ensures your payouts from Sody are deposited smoothly into your account. Every time you approve a booking, the customer’s deposit is transferred to your registered bank account. If your bank information is outdated or incorrect, payouts may fail or be delayed.
Important: Sody cannot recover funds that have already been sent to an incorrect bank account you provided. Always double-check your bank number and account name before saving any updates.
How to Update Your Bank Details
Open Sody OS and go to Manage → Payments & Payouts.
Tap Bank Details to view your current payout information.
Enter your updated bank name, account number, and account holder name.
Review everything carefully before saving. Any mistake may cause payout delays.
Tap Save Changes. Future payouts will use your updated information.
If you recently changed banks, monitor your next payout cycle to ensure deposit success.
Bank updates apply to future payouts only. Sody cannot redirect or reverse payments that have already been processed using previously saved information. If a payout fails because the bank rejected it (for example, closed account or wrong number), the payout will return to Sody and you will be prompted to correct your bank details before it is re-sent.
Tip: Use the exact account name shown in your banking app. Banks may reject payouts if the name and account number combination do not match.
