For months, I genuinely believed in the quality of their products. I introduced them to so many lash artists, shared about them publicly, did so much unpaid marketing out of pure love and trust — because I wanted others to experience the same quality I appreciated. Never once did I claim to be their official distributor. Never once did I misuse their brand name. I did it all with good intentions and professionalism. Yet when a situation arose, instead of properly investigating, they chose to turn against me — just to protect their so-called “official distributor” in Taiwan, the very person who stirred up and exaggerated this entire issue. Without a single word of clarification or apology to me, they allowed baseless accusations and ugly rumors to spread in Singapore’s beauty community, damaging the trust and credibility I have worked so hard to build over the years. What hurts the most is not just the false accusations — it’s the betrayal. When a brand you believed in so much decides to protect business interests over basic fairness and integrity, you realize that loyalty from your side means nothing to them. I will not allow anyone to distort the truth. I have built everything with my own hands, with honesty, hard work, and passion. And I deserve better. I hope this is a reminder to everyone: No matter how much you support a brand, a company, or a person — always protect yourself first. Because at the end of the day, when business is involved, not everyone will stand with you. To everyone who has reached out, supported, and trusted me during this difficult time — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your words mean everything.
