1. Doesn’t post/ take pics your lash set: It’s not you, it’s me. Sometimes my lens is dirty/ the pics just don’t look good or I already have too many similar photos 😵‍💫 2. Doesn’t reply immediately or fast enough: I may be resting, eating or sleeping. If I miss your message, just bump me! I’m definitely not ignoring you on purpose 😋 3. Doesn’t chat with you: My first appointment usually starts at 9am so please forgive me if I’m not chatty... because I am still “waking up”. That aside, it might just be that I’m tired or you don’t seem like you want to chat! I’m totally ok with quiet appointments! Have your lash nap 😴 4. Cancels/ reschedules: This very very rarely happens...but if it does it’s definitely for a legitimate reason and very rarely you will be informed last min.
