I loved the environment and the lady was really nice. However, the nail service is definitely lacking. Unfortunately, their Instagram profile seems much better than the work offered. The French tip was crooked, the chrome was patchy and the overlay was bumpy with multiple air bubbles. I did bring it up which she told me was okay since it was smooth to the touch but visually I couldn’t accept it. The nail as a whole was really thick and clunky too. I think it’s really much better to pay more and have nails you like than to end up with nails you’ll remove right after the session. UPDATE* After I posted this review, the lady messaged me to tell me that “if I hadn’t liked anything I should have told her during the service so she could change them instead of leaving reviews like this”. She then deleted the message before I could take a picture or respond to it. However, during the service I did let her know to change. Firstly, I told you that there were multiple huge air bubbles on my nails to which you said you’d cover it later. It was not covered. Secondly, I let you know that the French tip on my thumb was crooked and you tried to fix it but made it even worse. I am all for supporting smaller businesses and local nail artists because I am passionate about nail art. However, using what I assume is A.I. to enhance your work without disclosing that A.I. was used is sloppy and dishonest. To prove this point, you can see that your, what I assume to be, A.I. had changed my BLUE French tips into PURPLE ones. Please do better.
